"Purchase is disabled in this device" message!

Been trying to purchase the premium upgrade but a mesaage keeps popping up that says "purchase is in disabled in this device". But I was able to buy & install other apps without any problem at all! Do I need to wait until the 5 day trial period is over before I can buy the apps? Please help! Thank you.
